Importance of Lesson Planning

It can be seen very often that the new teachers put out their 12-15 hours daily in their profession and it happens especially in the first year of their profession. The hard work which these teachers devote to their work and profession is just for the future of the millions of the budding servicemen and the entrepreneur who are the future of the country.
The main and the primary step in their teaching are to make a lesson plan because in any field whether it is a rocket science or any other profession, planning is the primary step. Lesson plans depends on the previous lesson because it is an ongoing procedure and this is very much difficult to plan the lesson in advance for the future.
There are various strategies for example long and short term strategies which new and upcoming teachers can adopt to make their work easy and more effective.
Lesson planning for long term
Long term strategies are those strategies and planning which are described and made for a longer period and can be implemented to get the better results. Lesson planning is the process which has been adopted by many of the big organizations. These days the higher education are planned for a long time and that can be seen very easily as the higher studies which are planned for the students after the schooling are planned nearly for 2-3 years and a person’s career depends on those years only. So one can judge the importance of lesson planning through this.
