A Pay scale consists of minimum and maximum salary for any individual. Experienced individuals are paid more than fresher. Salary Ranges can be framed from the normal pay scale. There are different criteria for every organization based on market value for different salary structures. A Salary is a thing that a person would like to have it in return to the efforts made for the particular work given by the company. It depends on the skills, education, experience, efforts, and talent. Different types of job have their different criteria of salary. Most of the private companies, organizations and multi-national companies have their fixed salary range for their employees. Every particular job is defined with a fixed salary and perks, allowances and performance bonus can be provided additional by the company as per the policies. It is difficult to determine different salary range of jobs, because every field has its own importance and growth level and the salary heights are decided on the basis of growth level.

There is a distinctive salary range for each job level; it depends on the duties and job responsibilities provided by the company to their employees. Nowadays, there are different salary structures for different field of jobs such as engineering, technology, management, business, education, human services, etc. all these fields have fixed salary range for jobs.
